Pina Mexican Eats Food Truck Agreement

• Minimum of 50 people
• $15 per person 1 trip standard Pina Truck Menu.
• Plates will be counted and if you have less than 50 guests they may have a second trip until the 50 plates have been served.
• If you would like to add additional plates that can be done with the client approval and billed to the cc on file.
• Max 2 hours of food service (Truck will leave if the guaranteed plates are served sooner than 2 hours)
• Required non-refundable deposit of 50% due to book.
• Full Payment due 14 days prior to the event
• Final count guarantee due 14 days prior to the event.
• No refunds if cancelled within 14 days of the event.
• The client must verify that we are allowed to park at the event location site. If for any reason Pina Mexican Eats is unable to park at the event site all payments are non-refundable.
• Truck has its own generator and electricity is not required. If there is electricity that can be provided by the client this will cut down on noise.
